.Using the Calendar View in Artavolo

The Calendar View in Artavolo helps you visualize tasks, deadlines, and milestones in a simple, time-based layout. It’s perfect for tracking due dates, scheduling workloads, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

What is the Calendar View?

The Calendar View displays your tasks on a monthly, weekly, or daily calendar grid. Each task appears according to its due date, making it easy to see what’s coming up and plan accordingly.

How to Switch to Calendar View

  1. Open the project you want to manage.

  2. At the top of your workspace, click on “Views”.

  3. Select Calendar from the available options (Grid, Kanban, Calendar, etc.).

  4. Your tasks will now appear on a calendar, arranged by their due dates.

Adding and Managing Tasks in Calendar View

  • Add a Task: Click on a date in the calendar and select Add Task. Enter the task name, assignee, and due date.

  • Drag & Drop: Move tasks directly on the calendar to reschedule them. Dragging a task to a new day automatically updates its due date.

  • Edit a Task: Click a task card to open details. You can assign team members, adjust deadlines, or update statuses.

  • Recurring Tasks: If your plan supports them, you can set tasks to repeat daily, weekly, or monthly.

 Why Use the Calendar View?

  • See all deadlines at a glance – no more missed due dates.

  • Balance workloads – identify busy days and redistribute tasks.

  • Plan projects visually – align milestones, meetings, and deliverables.

  • Stay on track – quickly spot overdue tasks or bottlenecks.
