Import from Airtable
In this article you are going to learn how to import your Airtable data in Artavolo.
Prerequisites: Airtable Database ID and Token
The Airtable Database ID can be found in the API documentation section under the Help menu
The Airtable Token can be generated from https://airtable.com/create/tokens
You must set a name for your Token. Then select scopes: data.records:read and schema.bases:read. And finally give access to the database you want to import.
Now lets import your Base!
Go to homepage of Artavolo and select the workspace you want to import the base.
Click on Add a sheet and then Import data.
When the window appears click on Airtable.
In the fields you need to fill your Airtable Database ID and Airtable Token.
When the fields are filled in click on Get base data.
When the data is done the Preview window will be shown.
On the top right corner you can see option to change the current table.
Under that option you will find another one which allows you to select which columns to be imported in the new base.
After the preview you can find another option that allows you to select which tables to be imported. You can exclude some if you want.
On the other side you must select which table to be parent for the base.
When all settings are done, click on the button Import.
When the import is done, you will be redirected to the new sheet.
