Can I request a refund?
In case you meet one of the following requirements, you can request a refund.
- If you do an upgrade of service mistake, but the date of the payment must not be later than 14 days.
- If you are not satisfied with the service quality but the service must be used for more than 14 days.
If you meet one of the previous requirements, contact us to refund your money.
