In Artavolo, the users can create an unlimited number of workbooks but the number of sheets made in them and their specifications are limited according to the billing plan.

We offer 4 different types of workspace plans - Free, Standard, Pro and Enterprise. You can find more information about their capabilities and limitations below.

Free

The FREE plan is free for each new workspace by default.

Features of the Free plan:

  • You can create up to unlimited sheets in this workbook
  • You can create up to 3 000 records in each sheet of this workbook
  • You can create 10 backup on each sheet of this workbook
  • 2GB file storage per workbook
  • You don’t have support
  • You cannot export the contents of your sheet

Standard

The Standard plan can be upgraded from a Free plan. The cost of the plan is from $5 per month for 1 user.

Features of the Standard plan:

  • You can choose from 1 up to 100 users

  • You can create up to unlimited sheets in this workbook
  • You can create up to 10 000 records in each base of this workbook
  • You can create 10 backups on each base of this workbook

  • 10 GB file storage
  • You get 24/7 support

  • You can export the contents of your sheets

Pro

The Pro plan can be upgraded from a Free plan and from a Standard plan. The cost of the plan is from $10 per month for 1 user.

Features of the Pro plan:

  • You can choose from 1 up to 100 users

  • You can create up to unlimited sheets in this workbook

  • You can create up to 50 000 records in each sheet of this workbook

  • You can create 50 backups on each base of this workbook

  • 25 GB file storage

  • You get 24/7 support

  • You can export the contents of your sheet

How to upgrade?

Each user with owner rights to the given workbook can upgrade his billing plan, and all contributors in the sheets of the respective workbook take advantage of its functionalities and capabilities.

You will find out how to upgrade your workspace plan in the steps below.

  1. Go to the homepage and find the workspace you want to upgrade.

  2. Click the “Upgrade” button at the top right of the workspace.

  3. You need to click on the “CHANGE BILLING PLAN” button on the page.

  4. Now you need to choose the wanted billing plan and to choose it as click on the “UPGRADE” button.

  5. Fill in the fields of the form and submit it.

  6. READY! Your workspace has already been upgraded to your desired plan.



Your orders history

You can see the history of your upgrades and payments from the menu Account -> My orders, located on the top navigation of the site.


On the left side of the page, you will find a list of your requests for workspace upgrades.

By default, detailed information about your last request will be loaded. From the button “View invoice” you can see the invoice for your payment.
